DROPSHIP POLICY AND GUIDELINES
DROPSHIP LIST
- Dropship list MUST be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to ship date. Failure to do so will result in a $62.50(V) rush charge, and may delay your ship date.
- A $6.25 (V) charge (per change) will be added for all changes made to original dropship list once list has been submitted.
- Shipping labels will be printed 24 hours prior to ship date. A one time charge of $62.50 (V) will be added for all changes made once shipping labels have been printed. Additional charges will apply for more than 10 changes.

DROPSHIP CHARGES
- 3.50 (V) per location for emailed or faxed dropship lists not submitted on the Mid-Nite Snax template.
- $2.00 (V) per location for emailed list correctly submitted (Dropshipments DO NOT include freight) on Mid-Nite Snax template.

Foreign Dropshipments
- Foreign dropshipments must be on a separate Dropship list.
- $30.00 (V) (not including freight) per location
- $2.50 (V) charge per address to remove foreign addresses from list of U.S shipments
Gift Card Enclosure
- There will be a charge of $0.13(V) per card if all cards are the same and are provided withthe order.
- There will be a charge of $2.50(V) per card if the cards must be matched to individual recipients, or if only certain packages get cards.
- If cards must be enclosed in provided envelopes, the charge is $0.75(V) per card.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT UPS OR FEDEX RATES. CHARGES MAY NOT SHOW UP ON ORIGINAL INVOICE DEPENDING ON WHEN CHARGES ARE FORWARDED TO MID-NITE SNAX FROM FREIGHT CARRIER. A 2ND INVOICE WILL FOLLOW WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
