GENERAL INFORMATIONHoursCustomer service hours are 9am - 5pm EST, Monday-Friday. All orders must be sent via e-mail or fax, no phone orders are accepted. To avoid duplication, please indicate if order was previously sent. Factory cannot be responsible for duplicate orders. Order acknowledgements will be sent for each purchase order and we require that it is signed and returned to us prior to the ship date. PaymentsFactory accepts company checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. A convenience charge may be added for credit card use. Net 30 terms may be granted upon approval of credit references. A resale certificate is required for all accounts. Minimum Order RequirementFactory has a minimum order value requirement of $100(Z). In addition, if less than the minimum quantity of a product is ordered, there will be a $60(V) less than minimum charge. Production TimeProduction time varies from 5-7 working days after art approval unless otherwise noted. A complete purchase order with all pertinent information is required along with approval of art to begin production. Changes & CancellationsCancellations or changes to orders must be submitted in writing. All sales are final at the time of acknowledgement of sale and cannot be cancelled without payment. To maintain delivery schedules, we begin artwork followed by production promptly after receipt of the acknowledgement of sale. Therefore, you will be responsible for the cost of all labor, goods and production work incurred under any order cancelled after the acknowledgment of sale; full payment is due within five days of receipt of our invoice. Any type of order change may result in a delay to the original scheduled ship date. If adding to an order that is already produced but not shipped, a new purchase order is required, and the additional pieces will be produced based on the current production schedule and pricing for that quantity. Rush ServiceRush service is available on most products with an additional charge. Contact factory for pricing.Overruns/UnderrunsFactory reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the original order quantity.Claims & ReturnsClaims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns must be approved in advance by obtaining a return authorization number from customer service. All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made with the carrier.Fulfillment ServicesInquire for pricing. Release charge of $15 (Z) will apply. Factory cannot assume liability for non-fulfillment of orders caused by our inability to obtain materials, embargoes, strikes, fires or any other causes beyond our control.Gift CardsGift cards can be added to individual packages within an order. Add $.25 (V) per piece if you supply your own gift card to the factory and all cards are the same. Add $2.50 (V) to match a specific card to a corresponding package. Factory can create gift cards for a charge of $1.25 (V) per piece plus a $60 (V) set up charge. Factory-made gift cards are 5"W x 3"H with a 25 piece minimum.Self PromotionsEQP minus 10% and 1/2 price setup charges. Some exclusions apply. Not applicable on orders for less than minimum. Self promotion pricing cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.Trademark UsageAll copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork required by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the plant as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws, regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such a copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory will not violate any such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold factory harmless to any damages and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of factory’s use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by this agreement.
