Mailer boxes are made of shipping grade material to ensure your gift arrives safely. A drop ship fee of $2.50 (V) per gift/per location, plus freight charges will apply when factory drop ships on your behalf.

Random Samples
- Random samples are no charge.
- The cost of the individual item cannot exceed $15 (Z), or the sample will be billed at EQP.
- Sample requests typically ship the next business day unless otherwise requested.
- Some made-to-order items such as popcorn, cookies, and chocolate bars may take up to 48 hours to ship.
- A UPS or FedEx shipper # must be provided for all sample requests.
Pre-Production Samples

- Plus all applicable setup and running charges.

- Spec samples are billed at EQP for the product plus all applicable setup charges.

Split Shipments
- $12.50 (V) per location. 1st Location is included.
Drop Shipments & Individual Mailers
- Using MNS Drop Ship Templates: $2.50 (V) per location
- NOT using MNS template: $3.00 (V) per location
- When drop shipping, an individual mailer for each location is required. Add $2.00 (V) per mailer. Shipping costs are always additional.
Gift Cards/ Greeting Cards
- Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same
- If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses
- Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.
International Shipments
- All international locations: $20 (V) per address (drop or bulk).
- THE RECEIVER OF GOODS will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment. Declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested.
Warm Weather Shipping
- Chocolate products and gummy products require insulated shipping containers and air shipping when outside temperatures are 70 degrees or higher.
- For standard shipments, add $15.00 (V) per cooler, per carton
- For drop shipments, add $6.25 (V) per cooler, per location
