All orders must be submitted via email (no phone orders accepted).
Please indicate if your order was previously sent; the factory is not responsible for duplicate orders.
Order acknowledgments will be sent for each purchase order and must be signed and returned prior to the ship date.
Minimum Order Requirement
Minimum order value: $100 of product.
Production Time
Production times vary by product and are noted on each product page.
A complete purchase order and artwork approval are required before production begins.
Changes & Cancellations
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations must be made well in advance of the scheduled ship date; work already completed may be invoiced.
Any change may delay the original ship date.
If adding to an already produced (but not yet shipped) order, a new purchase order is required. Additional pieces will be scheduled separately at current pricing.
Overruns & Underruns
The factory reserves the right to ship within 5% of the original order quantity.
Overruns ship to the same address as the order; for drop shipments, overruns ship to the billing address unless otherwise specified.
Claims & Returns
Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization Number from customer service.
All claims for goods damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier.
Self Promotions
EQP minus 10% with a reduced setup charge (varies by item). Terms and conditions apply. Not combinable with other promotional offers or discounts.
Shipping Terms
Orders ship according to instructions on the purchase order. If not specified, we will ship at our discretion.
The factory is not responsible for courier delays, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Title to merchandise passes to the buyer at the time of shipment.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the carrier; retain all materials for carrier inspection.
UPS/FedEx may bill the factory for address corrections; these charges will be invoiced to the customer.
Even with a third-party shipper number, address correction charges are billed back to the factory and invoiced separately to the customer.
All perishable items returned due to inadequate addresses will be destroyed; non-perishables will be donated.
Dropship & Split Shipments
$2.50 (V) per location for drop shipping individual gifts. Addresses must be submitted using our factory Excel template; otherwise, $3.00 (V) per location applies.
$12.50 (V) per location for split shipments (bulk quantities to multiple locations).
Shipping charges and mailer boxes are additional and billed separately.
Foreign Shipments
Canada:$2.50 (V) per address (drop or bulk).
All other international:$20 (V) per address (drop or bulk).
We cannot ship to: Mexico, Brazil, Norway, Nigeria, Bahamas.
The receiver is responsible for all taxes, duties, and miscellaneous charges.
Declared value defaults to catalog pricing unless otherwise requested.
The factory is not responsible for customs or freight delays beyond our control.
Individual Mailers
$2.00 (V) for a standard non-custom individual mailer (insertion included).
Deduct $0.20 (V) for flat mailers.
Mailers are bulk packed into a master carton unless drop shipping is requested (additional fees apply).
Custom printed mailers available; inquire for details.
Gift Cards
$0.25 (V) per piece if you supply identical gift cards.
$2.50 (V) per piece to match a specific card to a corresponding package.
Factory-made gift cards: $1.25 (V) per piece plus a $60 (V) setup (minimum 25 pieces).
Standard size: 5" W × 3" H.
Warm Weather Shipping
If outside temperature exceeds 70°F, shipping coolers may be required for chocolate and other meltable items.
Standard shipments: $15 (V) per cooler, per carton.
Drop shipments: $5 (V) per cooler, per location.
Pricing may vary based on item size; contact the factory for a quote.
Random Samples
Sample orders totaling less than $15 are billed at no charge, but we require your UPS or FedEx shipper number for freight.
Artwork Specifications
$5 (V) per artwork; $5 (V) per artwork proof.
Submit artwork via email with the purchase order number in the subject line.
Vector formats: .EPS, .AI, .PDF (Adobe Illustrator CS5 for PC or CorelDraw X4 for PC). Fonts must be converted to outlines/curves.
Raster art: 300 DPI or higher at actual size (for 4-color process artwork only).
Templates and image requests available on our website or via email.
Setup Charges
Initial orders: setup charge as listed under each item’s specifications.
Reorders: billed at ½ of the initial setup charge.
Artwork is kept on file for 1 year.
PMS Match
Available on direct imprint orders only.
$40 (V) per PMS match.
Stock colors may be exact matches at no additional charge when available.
Due to varying surfaces and imprint methods, colors may appear differently.
Rights to Promotion
We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of order.
