Shipping Charges & Information
ALL ICE CREAM SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SPECIAL INSULATED SHIPPING CARTONS AND DRY ICE!
Our Ice Cream collection was priced and created as a Drop Ship Program. We anticipate all orders will have multiple shipping destinations and will be drop shipped directly to your client’s home or office. If you are shipping your entire order to one location, please contact us to confirm the number of insulated shipping cartons that will be needed for your order.
EACH Ice Cream shipment has a mandatory drop ship charge of $2.50 (V) per location (or $3.00 (V) if not using our template). This fee covers the processing of your drop ship mailing list and the exterior shipping mailer.
EACH Ice Cream shipment has a mandatory cooler charge of $19.99 (V). This charge includes an insulated shipping carton and dry ice which keeps the ice cream frozen.
EACH Ice Cream shipment must ship accordingly to arrive within 2 days at the destination to ensure that the Ice Cream is frozen upon arrival. Freight charges are additional, or you may use your own UPS or FEDEX account # for no additional fee. We do not ship ice cream outside of the continental US.
Gift Cards/Greeting Cards
Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same
If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses
Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. A MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.
International Shipments
At this time, Ice cream can only be shipped domestically.
Production Time
8-10 working days after art approval. Lead times may be longer during our peak selling season (October through December).
Samples
Random samples with random artwork will be billed at EQP plus freight. As with orders, coolers are also required for samples. See above for pricing. Samples ship in 3-5 business days.
