Shipping Charges & Information

ALL FIMC SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SPECIAL INSULATED SHIPPING CARTONS AND DRY ICE.

Our Flatiron Meat Co. collection was designed as a Drop Ship Program.
If your order includes 8 bundles, you’ll be charged 8 drop ship fees, 8 cooler charges, and 8 freight charges — one for each location.
The program assumes multiple bundles ship to multiple destinations.
If shipping your entire order to one location, please contact us for a custom quote to confirm the number of insulated shipping cartons required.

CHARGES PER SHIPMENT

Drop Ship Charge: $2.50 (V) per location, or $3.00 (V) if not using our template. Covers processing of your drop ship mailing list and exterior mailer.
Cooler Charge: $19.99 (V) per shipment. Includes insulated shipping carton and dry ice to keep proteins cold.
Freight: Additional, or use your own UPS or FedEx account # for no added fee.
All shipments must arrive within 2 days to ensure proteins remain cold upon delivery.
We do not ship proteins outside of the continental U.S.

HANDLING, STORING & COOKING

Instructions for handling dry ice are included with every shipment.
Each package includes a QR code linking to detailed cooking directions.
Proteins should be refrigerated upon arrival and cooked or frozen within 5 days of delivery.

GIFT CARDS / GREETING CARDS

Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending your own identical gift cards.
Add $2.50 (V) if name matching is required (factory matches cards to addresses).
Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus a $60 (V) setup charge.
Minimum order: 25 cards. All cards must use the same artwork or additional fees apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
