Random Samples

Random samples are no charge.
The cost of the individual item cannot exceed $15 (Z), or the sample will be billed at EQP.
Sample requests typically ship the next business day unless otherwise requested.
Some made-to-order items such as popcorn, cookies, and chocolate bars may take up to 48 hours to ship.
A UPS or FedEx shipper # must be provided for all sample requests.

Drop Shipments & Individual Mailers

When drop shipping, an individual mailer is required for each location. The individual mailer is included at no additional charge for this item. Shipping costs are not included.

Gift Cards/ Greeting Cards

Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same
If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses
Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.

International Shipments

All international locations: $20 (V) per address (drop or bulk).
THE RECEIVER OF GOODS will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment. Declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested.

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate products and gummy products require insulated shipping containers and air shipping when outside temperatures are 70 degrees or higher.
