PRINTING

4 Color Process Sleeve Set Up

  • Repeat setup charges apply and are billed at ½ of the original setup cost.

Paper Proof

  • $5.00 (Z) All non-repeated orders will receive a color email proof unless otherwise instructed on purchase order.

SAMPLES

Random Samples

  • Random Samples (printed with a random logo) must be purchased. MOQ is 1. Use the last column price. Please note that at this time, samples are only available of the ASSORTED cupcakes (item CP12-7). Samples must ship via FedEx One Rate for a flat shipping fee of $14.99 (Z) for up to 2 dozen. If you prefer to use your own shipper account #, standard shipping policies apply.

Preproduction Sample

Shipping Charges & Information

ALL Cupcake SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SPECIAL INSULATED SHIPPING CARTONS

DROP SHIPMENTS

·       EACH Cupcake DROP shipment has a mandatory drop ship charge of $2.50 (V) per location (or $3.00 (V) if not using our template). This fee covers the processing of your drop ship mailing list.

·       EACH Cupcake DROP shipment has a mandatory cooler charge of $7.00(V). This charge includes an insulated shipping carton and ice packs which keeps the cupcakes cold.

·       EACH Cupcake DROP shipment must ship accordingly to arrive within 2 days at the destination to ensure that the Cupcakes are still cold upon arrival. Freight charges are additional, or you may use your own UPS or FEDEX account # for no additional fee. For drop shipments ONLY, we have partnered with FedEx ONE RATE. The fee for this service is $14.99 (Z) per unit, per location. Drop shipments will ship via FedEx ONE RATE unless other instructions are on your purchase order.

BULK SHIPMENTS

·       ALL Bulk Cupcake shipments have a mandatory cooler charge of $15.00 (V). This charge includes an insulated shipping carton and ice packs which keeps the cupcakes cold.

·       ALL Bulk Cupcake shipments MUST ship accordingly to arrive within 2 days at the destination to ensure that the Cupcakes are still cold upon arrival. Freight charges are additional.  You may provide your UPS or FedEx shipper# for freight or be invoiced for freight.

Gift Cards/Greeting Cards

·      Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same

·      If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses

·      Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. A MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.

International Shipments

·        At this time, Cupcakes can only be shipped domestically.

Production Time

·         8-10 working days after art approval. Lead times may be longer during our peak selling season (October through December).

Random Samples

·         Random samples with random artwork will be billed at EQP plus freight. As with orders, coolers are also required for samples. See above for pricing. Samples ship within 2 business days.

Thawing & Storing

·         Cupcakes should be stored in an airtight container and consumed within 4 days of delivery.
