SAMPLES Random Samples
- Random Samples
(printed with a random logo) must be purchased. MOQ is 1. Use the last column
price. Please note that at this time, samples are only available of the ASSORTED
cupcakes (item CP12-7). Samples must ship via FedEx One Rate for a flat shipping
fee of $14.99 (Z) for up to 2 dozen. If you prefer to use your own shipper
account #, standard shipping policies apply.

IMPORTANT FAQ’S ABOUT OUR DROP SHIP CUPCAKE PROGRAM How we ship:
- Our
drop ship program was designed with the assumption that your cupcakes will
be shipped to each of your clients directly, by us, on your behalf. Every
shipment that is sent out is subject to a drop ship fee of $2.50 (V) per
location. This fee covers the processing of your drop ship mailing list
and the exterior shipping mailer. The cost of the ice pack(s) is included
at no charge! Freight charges are additional. See below for additional
information on freight charges.
- All
drop shipments (individual shipments of 1 OR 2 dozen) will ship via FedEx One Rate to arrive
within 2 business days. The FedEx One Rate fee only
applies to drop ships of 1 OR 2 Dozen and is $14.99 (Z). If
you prefer to ship on your own UPS or FedEx account #, there is no
additional fee to do this, but you must specify this on your purchase
order and the FedEx One Rate no longer applies. Our cupcakes are packed
with ice packs in an insulated shipping mailer to maintain the temperature
of our products.
- BULK
shipments are allowed if desired. Just keep in mind that you will need a
refrigerator big enough to store all those cupcakes! Insulated Cartons
with ice packs are included at no charge, and your cupcakes will still
need to ship accordingly to arrive within 2 business days. Bulk orders
will be shipped via UPS and freight will be added to your invoice OR you
may ship on your own UPS or FedEx account # for no additional fee.
Thawing & Storing
- Cupcakes are
flash frozen for freshness and will arrive in insulated cooler cartons.
Defrosting instructions will be included. After being thawed, cupcakes can
be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 4 days. If
you plan to enjoy these at a later date, you can store them in the freezer
in their original shrink-wrapped packaging or an airtight container for up
to one month.

Drop Shipments & Individual Mailers Thawing & Storing Gift Cards/ Greeting Cards Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. A MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.
