PRINTING

1 Color Imprint on Ribbon Set Up

  • $60.00 (V)
  • Imprint color: White, Black, Silver or Gold ONLY
  • Imprint Area: .25”H (continuous print)
  • Repeat setup charges apply and are billed at ½ of the original setup cost.

4 Color Process Chocolate Square Set Up (If customizing chocolate squares)

  • $60.00 (V) for first artwork
  • $30 (V) for each additional artwork.
  • PMS Match: As close as possible at no charge
  • Imprint Area: 1.4”W x 1.4”H
  • Repeat setup charges apply and are billed at ½ of the original setup cost.

Paper Proof

  • $5.00 (Z) per artwork.

Preproduction Sample

  • $50.00 (V)
  • Plus all applicable set ups and running charges

Spec Sample

  • $100 (V)
  • This fee will be deducted from the invoice if an order is placed

Third Party Shipping

  • Handling Charge: No Charge

Split Shipments

  • $12.50 (V) per location. 1st Location is included.

Drop Shipments & Individual Mailers

  • Using MNS drop ship templates: $2.50 (V) per location
  • NOT using MNS template: $3.00 (V) per location
  • When drop shipping, an individual mailer for each location is required (except when the item is a mailer itself OR when a mailer is included in the price (such as the 2 gallon, 3.5 gallon and 6.5 gallon tins, and most gift towers). Add $2.00 (V) per mailer.

    Gift Cards/ Greeting Cards

    • Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same
    • If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses
    • Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.

    International Shipments

    • Add $20 (V) per destination (excludes Canada)
    • THE RECEIVER OF GOODS will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment. Declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested.

    Warm Weather Shipping

    • Chocolate products and gummy products require insulated shipping containers and air shipping when outside temperatures are 70 degrees or higher.
    • For standard shipments, add $15.00 (V) per cooler, per carton
    • For drop shipments, add $6.25 (V) per cooler, per location

    Production Time

    • 5-7 working days after art approval. Lead times may be longer during our peak selling season (October through December).
